We operate home visit/personal care service on behalf of Stockton Borough Council (under 18s) and other local authorities in the North East (under 25s). Outreach/respite sessions can also involve elements of personal care.

We operate home visit/personal care service on behalf of Stockton Borough Council (under 18s) and other local authorities in the North East (under 25s). Outreach/respite sessions can also involve elements of personal care.

What we do

We offer help with:

  • bathing
  • toileting
  • dressing and undressing
  • mobility and transfers
  • feeding
  • administration of prescribed medication orally and topically.

With appropriate training and following a full risk assessment, staff can assist with administration of medication i.e. emergency medication for epilepsy or Methyl Phenidate.

We provide

We can provide the following services when staff have been trained by an appropriately qualified health care professional:

  • exercise programmes for rehabilitation and development under the instruction of a physiotherapist or occupational therapist
  • assisting with artificial feeding
  • oral suction
  • use of nebuliser
  • development of skills through play and social interaction
  • stoma care
  • tracheostomy care
  • catheter care

We Offer
